Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using sherrysidoti.com, registering for a membership, purchasing access to the EMW Video Library, EMW writing series, events, or retreats, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility, Membership & Payments
EMW offers several types of access:

  • EMW Community Membership — All past and current EMW program participants are automatically added to the free Community Membership — no registration or invitation required. To be removed from the EMW community, contact sherry@flyyogamv.com. Two paid upgrades are available:

    • Supporting ($11/mo or $122/yr)

    • Sustaining ($22/mo or $244/yr)

    • Video Library Only — open to the general public. Full library access at $99/year.

  • EMW Series — open to the general public and community members. Prices range depending on the series between $555–$1,333 per series.

  • Events — open to the general public and community members. Prices range depending on event and membership.

  • Retreats — open to the general public and community members. Prices range depending on retreat.

 

Paid memberships, including Supporting, Sustaining, and Video Library Only, may be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments and PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancelled.

Sherry Sidoti reserves the right to remove access for any member who violates community guidelines.

3. Account Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify Sherry Sidoti promptly at sherry@flyyogamv.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

  • Events can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to start time.

  • Series can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to series start time, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  • Retreats can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to retreat start time, minus the non-refundable deposit.

5. Refunds

  • All membership purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact sherry@flyyogamv.com within 7 days of the charge.

  • Events can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to start time for a full refund.

  • Series that are cancelled up to 72 hours prior to series start time are refundable, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  • Retreats that are cancelled up to 14 days prior to retreat start time are refundable, minus the non-refundable deposit.

6. Video Content
All video content is for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of content is prohibited without prior written permission from Sherry Sidoti. Violation may result in immediate termination of membership without refund and may be subject to legal action under applicable copyright law.

 

7. Community Guidelines
EMW community members agree to:

• Engage respectfully with all community members
• Protect the privacy of fellow writers
• Not share or reproduce other members' writing without explicit consent
• Honor the confidential and personal nature of memoir writing shared in community spaces

8. Intellectual Property
All content on sherrysidoti.com, including videos, written materials, and program content, is the intellectual property of Sherry Sidoti. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of membership without refund and may be subject to legal action under applicable copyright law.

 

9. Changes to Terms
Sherry Sidoti reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email. Continued use of the site after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
