About the event
During our Embodied Memoir Writing Series: Healing Our Way Home six weekly online classes, we co-create a sacred, supported, and healing approach to writing our stories. Explore memoir craft in tandem with healing embodiment practices and self-awareness exercises, write to prompts or your own material, share stories and receive peer feedback. Embolden your life story, clarify your message, and hone your memoir writing skills within a brave collective container.
Between classes we stay connected through our Private Online Group Forum. There, we post our writing and offer each other compassionate and useful feedback, use it as a home base for resources, and any other way the group chooses to engage outside of classes. All classes are recorded and accompanied by weekly PDF Craft Handouts and posted on our Private Group Forum for downloads.
