According to the ancient yogis, our five human afflictions, called Pancha Kleshas, are what motivate our behavior, drive us toward decision making, permeate our relationships, and raise the stakes in just about every life situation, unless we embody practices to harness them. Join Sherry Sidoti, founder of Embodied Memoir Writing programs and yoga teacher, in this generative interactive workshop.
